How-To Videos
In these videos I give you tips and show you how to perform passive range of motion (PROM) movements and some stretching for your pet. These help losen up stiff muscles and supporting tissues, and contribute to proper joint movement.
Once your pet gets used to these movements and realize they provide comfort, you will be able to do these movements daily and, ideally, prior any physical activity.

FitPaws’ Video Collection
During our sessions I will be giving you lots of information and will demonstrate the exercises I recommend for your pet. However, having a visual reminder of how the exercise is supposed to look like will help you feel confident when trying it for the first few times.
They also give you additional tips to help you teach your pet the behavior, so we can achieve a proper technique during each exercise.
